• Assisted with growth and ultimate sale of energy service company.
Revenues grew from $250,000 to $10,000,000. Company was ultimately sold for $7,000,000. Services ranged from assisting with internal accounting function and international tax matters, to providing information for and negotiating the ultimate sale.


• Assisted with IRS examination for an individual with 52 bank accounts and $8,000,000 in assets. Accumulated tax information for legal counsel, quantified liability and assisted with negotiations and ultimate settlement.



• Assisted with the split-up of a four partner contingent fee law firm into three different law practices. Split-ups and start-ups were facilitated with one partner meeting.



• Assisted with the dissolution of 50 year old $60,000,000 family limited partnership.



• We currently represent a 10% family group who formed another family limited partnership and transferred the $6,000,000 of assets to the new partnership.



• Assisted with divorce of client couple which took one lunch meeting to inventory and divide approximately $2,000,000 in assets and determine alimony arrangement. Client legal fees total $5,000.



• Acted as chief financial officer and later consultant for a $250,000,000 foreign company beginning U.S. operations.



• Assisted with developing internal cost allocation system for law firm who recently admitted a new shareholder with a unique financial arrangement.
